What this site collects

One thing: what you type into the availability form — your name, email, wedding date, venue or city, DJ status, anything you share about your plans, and how you found Sonoctave. The form also carries a hidden anti-spam field that real visitors never see or fill.

What it's used for

Replying to your inquiry. That's it. Submitting the form doesn't subscribe you to a mailing list, trigger a drip sequence, or share your details with anyone else. Your information is used to check the date, have the conversation you asked for, and — if you book — plan your wedding.

What this site doesn't do

• No advertising trackers and no sale or sharing of personal information.
• No marketing emails — you only hear back about the inquiry you sent.
• No payment collection anywhere on this site. Booking paperwork and payment happen through proper e-signature and payment channels after a real conversation.

Form submissions are processed by the site's hosting provider (Netlify) and delivered to Sonoctave; the hosting provider processes standard technical logs (like IP addresses) to run the service.

How long it's kept, and how to have it removed

Inquiry details are kept only as long as they're useful for the conversation or the booking. Want yours deleted? Email liam@sonoctave.com — or reply to any message from Sonoctave — and it will be removed.
